Boost our immune system

Your body sends you several signs if your immune system is in danger. Among these are:

• Fatigue
• Listlessness
• Repeated infections (healthy adults have two or three colds a year; if you fall ill more than four times a year, your immunity’s in trouble)
• Inflammation anywhere in the body
• Allergic reactions
• Slow wound healing
• Chronic diarrhoea
• Yeast infections such as oral thrush, candidiasis or vaginal yeast infections.

Therefore, we need to consume more nutrients to stronger our body immune system.

Immunity Superfoods
I think all healthy foods are superfoods, but some have extra-special immunity-boosting powers. These include garlic, which contains antimicrobial compounds, and nuts and seeds, which provide antioxidants including zinc, selenium, and vitamin E, and essential fats. Seaweed contains zinc and selenium and may have anti-cancer effects. Experiment with the different seaweed varieties: add kombu to soups; or toast some nori and sprinkle it on rice or porridge. Mushrooms, especially shiitake mushrooms, are antiviral and antibacterial because they may enhance the activity of your immunity’s white blood cells.

If you are busy or hardly take those above mentioned food, you may consider our 'Essentials'. It provides all our daily nutrients needed by our body cells to boost immune system.
